Surge2K
Surge2K is inspired by both 2000’s skater and Y2k Aesthetics. I wanted the visuals to be bright and fun, and the lettering to be chunky but rounded. The name is a mashup of Surge, like a surge of energy or motion like that of skateboards/bikes/roller-blades, and 2K the short form for 2000.
The products shown were made with the idea for a citrus flavour exclusive line of drink. I wanted to create labels with bright, vivid colours with white for balance. The citrus and splash shapes are both fun and pleasing to the eye while remaining in theme. Any future products will typically follow this bright and fun, but slightly sleek look.
